5.	Determine how you will maintain and update your website. Do you have regularly changing prices, menu items, clearance sales, etc.?

How We Work with You:
1.	Contact one of our website experts by phone, email or contact form
2.	Choose HTML or Flash: one of our website experts will explain the pros and cons of each website display method.
3.	Accept the ‘no hidden fees’ package and price
4.	Choose a website style from over 3,000 templates or let one of our experts recommend some to you.
5.	Speak with one of our website experts who will configure a software tool that you use to supply us with your text and images. Within 10 business days from when you provided your content to us, review your completed website, work with your website expert to make minor changes, and publish the completed website so that it operates under your website name

Maintenance Plan:

The monthly website maintenance plan is available to all end-user customers. Benefits include:

One hour of consulting time, including actual build time for any enhancements or changes.
Consulting time is bankable if not used, to a maximum of 3 months, that is, up to 3 hours of consulting time may be accumulated. Unused time is lost at the end of three-month period.
Highest priority for problem resolution and website changes.
Access to a very easy-to-use website text editor. You can make text updates without the fear of ‘breaking’ something. All support calls regarding this tool are not applied against the 1 hour/month consulting time.
Customers who do not have a maintenance plan do not have access to this editing tool.
