Once we receive your secure online payment. We will immediately email you a link to an online questionnaire where you can fill in information about your company.

After we receive your questionnaire, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm your order and answer any questions concerning your logo design process. |

In as little as 5 business days we will present you with 3 to 4 initial logo designs (depending on the package). |

Choose the logo you want or we can improve the chosen logo design based on your feedback. |

When all the changes have been completed and you finalize your logo design, you will be asked for stationery information, (depending on the package). |

When you are satisfied with your new logo, we will email you a Logo Kit with the included files: (GIF, JPEG, AI, EPS, TIFF). If you ordered printed stationary, a package will be sent via UPS or FedEx. |
